Recall does not affect customers in the UK

Honda has decided to expand a recall related to a defect in the driver’s SRS airbag installed on certain US specification vehicles.

Honda vehicles sold in the UK are not fitted with this type of airbag, therefore we want our customers in the UK to be reassured that their cars are not affected by this recall.

Honda has issued an official recall notification in North America and Japan. This recall will also be conducted in other affected regions/countries. The total number of vehicles subject to this expanded recall is 437,763 units worldwide.
